Renée Bishop
Renée Bishop has 25+ years of recruitment experience , having placed suitable candidates across the board in a variety of industries. She has previous experience as a specialist Financial Recruitment Consultant and is passionate about matching candidates with the right job for them and for her client companies.
Margaux Eyers
Margaux has a BA (Hons) in Language Teaching and spent 5 years teaching English in Taiwan. She has a couple of years’ admin experience and her role is that of receptionist and support person as well as secretary to Renée.
Renée’s people skills have ensured long-term relationships with people she has successfully placed. Many of her original candidates have become her present-day clients, which she has found a truly rewarding experience. Her continued association with each company has meant keeping up with its growth and changes, facilitating an almost ‘in-house’ brief to prospective applicants, and adding value to the interviewee.
Apart from being well suited to what she does, Renée has incredible drive and thrives on the challenge of making the right placement. Industry experience has taught her that employing the wrong person can result in poor productivity, financial liability and even the loss of other staff.
Renée has extensive corporate HR and sales experience, as well as a specialist financial recruitment background. Contracting at various companies over the years has exposed her to a variety of corporate environments. She is well-versed in Targeted Selection and Competency Based Recruitment techniques, is passionate about what she does and highly respected within the industry.
All candidates are supplied with up-to-date prospective workplace information. Renée’s in-depth understanding of her client companies enables her to make well-matched placements. Candidates are also fully prepped with regards to clients’ company culture and dynamics in the workplace. She is in constant communication with her clients and candidates, keeping them in the loop in terms of the progression of the recruitment process. Clients include a variety of industries – including Fishing, Media, Retail, Financial Services and Manufacturing, to name a few.
